Chamber of Commerce (Chambre des métiers), Metz

On Raymond Mondon square is the building of the Chamber of Commerce (Chambre des métiers map) built also during the Kaiser annexation, in 1909.

This is a typical example of the German Renaissance, the work of architects Gustav Oberthur and Ernst Priedat.

The color of the building determines the pink Sandstone, used for facing facades and making decorative elements.
